I was given a free sample to try the Kitchen Bitches spice blend. I will be honest, I was skeptical. I am a good cook and could not see where I may use what seemed to be a pretty simple spice blend. But, I gave it a try. It is wonderful and may be the most versatile spice I have in the cabinet. I purchased more of the spice, and even bought a bottle for my son, who is new to cooking. We both use it on everything! Last night, I sprinkled some on my Copper River Salmon, added some fresh sliced lemon, and put it on the BBQ. It was amazing. I have used it to flavor everything from pork chops to steak, baked red new potatoes, to chicken and the eggs! The spice is well balanced and adds just the right amount of salt. Well done Bitches!!!!
